1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using Fleet Services Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Fleet Services Pro provides digital vehicle inspection and fleet management software, including:
- Mobile application for driver vehicle inspections
- Management dashboard for fleet oversight
- Defect tracking and reporting
- Compliance monitoring tools
3. Subscription and Pricing
3.1 Pricing Tiers:
- £1 per vehicle per week
3.2 Free Trial: New customers receive a 30-day free trial. Your subscription will automatically begin after the trial period ends.
3.3 Billing: Subscriptions are billed weekly in advance. Payments are processed automatically via Stripe.
3.4 Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers.
4. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
- Use the Service to transmit malicious code or harmful content
6. Data and Privacy
6.1 Your Data: You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service, including inspection records, vehicle information, and user data.
6.2 Data Storage: We store your data securely using industry-standard encryption and security practices.
6.3 Data Use: We will not sell or share your data with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Cancellation and Refunds
7.1 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
7.2 Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your paid period.
7.3 Free Trial: You may cancel during the free trial period without charge.
8. Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by Fleet Services Pro and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
Fleet Services Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Warranty Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
12. Compliance
While our Service helps you maintain vehicle inspection records, you remain solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including DVSA requirements and health and safety legislation.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
